Alden Richards and Maine Mendoza or most popularly known in their love team as AlDub is indeed one of the popular love teams in the Philippines which first appeared in the Kalyeserye portion of the "Juan for All, All for Juan" segment of the variety show Eat Bulaga. AlDub is also called the "phenomenal love team" because of their rise in popularity after they were accidentally paired up on the July 16, 2015, episode of the Problem Solving portion of "Juan for All, All for Juan" which eventually because the first episode of Kalyeserye.
But sadly, after many years of being together as a love team on television, many netizens were sad, especially their fans after hearing the news that Maine and Alden were no longer a love team.
Though before they were seen together on the television, hosting some segments in Eat Bulaga, it seems like in these past few days the two were noticed having a distance from each other.
In one video which was taken in one of the segments in the said program, Alden and Maine can be seen standing near each other. But when Alden noticed that they were too near to each other, he immediately made a distance to Maine.
Many fans then thought that maybe their management was trying to distance them from each other.
